Camelot Lower Handleset for Electronic Keypad with Accent Interior Right Handed Lever 4 5 3 4
Not the quality I would put on my door. April 20, 2011
Excellent Handleset Purchase This Schlage exterior door handleset was just as it was described and the installation of the unit was painless. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality and visually appealling item for their entrance. August 24, 2009
This is the second one of these I have purchased; (changing colors) I love not worrying about having keys. The best feature is rarely talked about; you can put in a maintenance code that will only be used once. You can keep changing your codes. Love this item. No keys!!! August 4, 2008

If I have a right handed door do I need a righthand handleset?

A. If you have a right handed door you will need a right handed handleset. The way to determine the handing of your door is fairly simple. Begin by facing the exterior of your door (stand outside of your front door if that's the case). If the hinges are on the left, then you need a left handed handlesets. If the hinges are on the right, then you need a right handed handleset.

I need the dummy side that is left handed?

A. The dummy version to match this will be the F92-CAM. When you add this item to the cart, you will need to select the interior lever/knob. That is when the Accent lever can be selected to match this set. You are able to choose between left or right handing.

How do I remove the "button" that holds the bottom of the handset on the inside of the door?

A. The Schlage FE285-CAM-ACC-RH Camelot Lower Handleset for Electronic Keypad with Accent Interior Right Handed Lever is bolted through the door. I think you're referring to the tab that covers the screw on the inside of the door. If you use a small flat head screwdriver, you should be able to pry the tab off of the top of the screw.
