There is another Single Dummy Callington Door Lever on our site but it features a simple plain rosette and does not conceal the screws (that model number is: F170-CLT-RH).

on the back of the door, does this come with a blank or circler cover to cover the existing hole, this is for an interior closet, with existing hole?

A. The Schlage FA170-CLT-RH is just a dummy piece; it has not internal parts and physically mounts to the wood of a door and basically functions as an aesthetic match or a pull. It does not have an interior side.
