Personalized help if you need it .. and I did! I ordered 2 of these door handles and plan to order another for my basement door. I'll be getting matching deadbolts for all 3 doors this next week. They are very attractive and work well. After I found the site online, I called and spoke to a salesperson who helped me find a 5" extention piece that makes the handle fit for my main door.
