great and fast service
great product. the only thing that I don't like abou it is that you have to push the lever all the way down like almost 270 degrees or 6 oclock on the clock to open the door i would like them to work a little bit earlier so you don't have to push them all the way down.

terrible handles
i got these after seeing the decent reviews. the handles are cheap looking and scratched up when i got them. they are going back.

Exactly what I wanted
I ordered 13 of these handles. I ordered the satin nickel finish, it is a true satin nickel finish and they look great on my doors. The handle is solid and has a contempory sleek look. The handle install was easy and took about 10 minutes. I am very pleased with this product and price.

Great Look and Price
I'm very pleased with the levers - it's nearly impossible to find a modern handle set at a reasonable price. These came super fast.

1-7 of 7 7 Questions from the CommunityHave a question about the Schlage F40-LAT? Ask it here Does this come with the little plate that fits in the frame? What kind of locking mechanism does this product have on the inside of the door? What is the drive in latch type? How is it different from the square one?A. The "drive-in" latch type is just the latch without the square faceplate around it. The Drive-In is only used on doors that do not have anything bored for the faceplates. If you go to the home page of Handlesets.com, go to "Learn More" on the banner, and select "Door Hardware 101", you will see pictures of the three latch types. There is also other useful information about door hardware. What is a door latch and what are the differences between the three that are offered for this product? How do I know what type of door latch to order? Thanks.A. A door latch is the tubular "tongue" mechanism that engages the doors jamb to prevent open/closing of the door without turning the handle. For your faceplate, look at the groove cut into the edge of the door for the faceplate. If it has rounded corners, you will need a round corner latch. Similarly, square corners on your groove will need a square corner latch. If there is no groove, you need a drive-in latch that does not come with a faceplate at all. In case of emergency, can it open from the outside?to use for a bathroom door, locking, do you have to order 2 handles?Technical Specs
