The B561R one sided deadbolt is a versatile and economical Grade 2 deadbolt for use in medium duty commercial and heavy duty residential applications. This product does not include the core cylinder, allowing you to select just the right core for your needs. This one sided deadbolt is thrown and retraced by a key on the outside, has a blank plate on the inside and fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with an adjustable 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset. Included is a standard metal dust box reinforcer and three 3" wood screws, 2 for the plate and 1 is installed inside the dust box. This strengthens the connection between the door jamb and the frame of your building, thus preventing most kick-ins. The 10% larger diameter bolt has an integrated steel insert to prevent sawing and the housing is one piece with an anti-pry shield.
