This AL44S Saturn hospital privacy lever set has pushbutton locking on the interior. The lock is released from the exterior with an emergency turn button and when the interior lever is turned or when the door is closed. With it's ADA compliant 4-1/4" length and 2-1/2" projection it will serve you and your customers well.

For exterior and interior doors of medical, office, hotel/motel, public buildings, religious, multi-family, retail/storefront and government facilities. Also ideal for heavy duty residential use.
